Cause of Admission: 
Massive, necrotic wound on left leg
Massive open, necrotic wound on left inner thigh. Wound infested with maggots. Dried blood from leg on abdomen.

Decided due to the size of the open wound with all the necrotic tissue to humanly euthanize.
